Supporting Employee Success is a free tool offering a practical and effective process for helping employees do their jobs successfully while maintaining their well-being. The process focuses on creating a plan that considers the psychological, emotional, cognitive, and physical demands of the job, the employee’s current abilities, and strategies that can help them meet job expectations.

This resource is based on the consulting work of Mary Ann Baynton and was originally created by Dr. Ian M. F.
